  • Shopping at Monglam.com is very easy. Just follow these steps:

    1. View the products you are interested in and click on the photograph to zoom in and see every detail, available sizes, composition,reference code and price.
    2. Select a product and add it to your basket. You can then choose to continue shopping or to process order.
    3. If you would like to process your order you can do so by either registering.
    4. Select a shipping method: Standard or express.
    5. Select a payment method: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal...
    6. Confirm the order.
    7. You will receive an email confirming your order.

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • Can I find out the status of my order?

    Yes, by accessing the Orders Placed section in your account, you can find out the status of your order at any time.

  • Can I modify my order?

    Yes, you can modify your order as long as it has not been processed. If you wish to modify it after it has been processed, contact us

  • Can I cancel my order?

  • Can I remove articles from my shopping basket?

    Yes, you can remove any article(s) that you do not want from your shopping basket providing your order has not been processed.

  • How do I recover my forgotten password?

    If you have forgotten your password, you can recover it in the Log in section. You will receive an email with your new password.

  • In which countries is it possible to shop online?

  • What should I do if I receive a faulty item?

    Monglam.com only sells items in perfect condition so, in the rare event of receiving a faulty item, please contact our customer service. or through the email address contact@monglam.com

PAYMENT

  • What payment method can I use to make my purchase?

    We offer the following payment methods: Visa, Visa electron, Mastercard and Paypal.

  • Is it safe to use my credit card on the website?

    Yes, the data is transmitted SSL-encrypted. For payments with Visa and Mastercard only SET transactions (secure electronic transactions) are accepted. After verifying that the card is included in the SET system, the system will contact the card-issuing bank to enable the buyer to authorize the purchase. When the bank confirms the authenticity, the payment will be charged to the card. Otherwise the order will be cancelled.

DELIVERY

  • Where can I receive my order?

    It can be sent to an address selected by you (home, work, etc. - never a PO Box).

  • How long will my order take to arrive?

    Delivery times depend on the type of delivery selected. standard deliveries take 2 to 3 working days and express deliveries between 1 and 2 working days.

  • How much do I pay for delivery service?

    Standard delivery - FREE Express delivery - 3.95 EUR

RETURNS

  • How do I return an item?

    Home collection: After the request, we will send a courier to collect your package within 1-2 working days. Please log in and follow the steps listed in my account > returns.

    REQUEST PICK-UP: Request the pick-up by clicking on the collection request button. You will receive a confirmation e-mail immediately.

    PACK IT: Put the items and the receipt (one per box) into the original package. If you do not have the receipt you can download it from your account page.

    HAND OVER THE PACKAGE: Hand your box to the courier who will collect the package at the indicated address.

    Items must be in their original condition and you will be required to present the corresponding receipt

    Please note that it is always necessary to have received the merchandise prior to requesting a refund.

  • Do I have to pay anything to return my items?

    A return carried out within the appropriate timeframe will not incur any penalization. Nevertheless, the Customer must be responsible for shipping costs.

  • How long do I have to return an item?

    The Customer shall have a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days from when they receive the product to inform us of their total or partial cancellation of the purchase product in conformity with applicable legislation.

  • When will I receive the refund for my return?

    You will receive the refund in the same payment method used for the purchase within approximately 10-14 days, depending on your bank.

    If you have paid by cash on delivery, we will transfer you the money to your bank account. To do this you will be asked your bank data to perform such income correctly.

EXCHANGES

  • Can I exchange my products?

    Si, If you wish to exchange an item from home, you have to return the item and make a new purchase online.

  • How long do I have to make an exchange?

    You have 100 days to exchange from the shipping confirmation.
